Doya Terms of Service

1. Service description
Doya is an aurora-themed light social sharing app that supports photo posting, comments, Keeps, and creator follows. This version primarily uses local demo data.
2. Account
1. You can use the app locally. Signing out clears the session state.
2. Deleting your account removes locally stored user data and resets the app state.
3. User content
1. You are responsible for the content you post.
2. You grant us the necessary permissions to display and process your content to provide the service.
3. Do not post content that violates community guidelines or applicable laws and regulations.
4. Virtual currency (Points)
1. Points are consumable virtual items acquired via App Store in-app purchases.
2. Points cannot be redeemed for cash. Unless required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable.
3. After deleting your account, your local Points balance will be cleared.
5. Privacy & security
We only store necessary data locally on your device. Camera and photo library permissions are used for posting content and can be turned off anytime in system settings.
6. Disclaimer
Within the extent permitted by law, the developer is not responsible for losses caused by force majeure, third-party services, or user actions.
